Reverent Crap

Forgive me – I know the man is revered among his kind.

But before we forget, he is only human. And occasionally, an idiot like the rest of us, some of the time.

Respect PAS stand on muqabalah, Karpal told

PAS spiritual leader Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat has called on DAP chairman Karpal Singh to respect PAS’ intention to hold a muqabalah (discussion) with Umno.

I respect the way he carried himself when addressing the Lion’s criticism of the muqabalah.

What is illogical is this:

Nik Aziz said Karpal Singh should understand that a muqabalah was a face-to-face discussion between PAS and Umno due to his vast experience in politics and also to safeguard the joint interest of Pakatan Rakyat.

He also said that the muqabalah between PAS and Umno would not be explained to Karpal Singh because the matter had been discussed with DAP leaders before.

The statement highlighted in yellow requires a big “HUH?“.

And consider this: what if DAP is caught secretly talking with MCA or Gerakan about Penang?

Do you think the Alamak ulama’ in PAS will just issue mere statements like Karpal just did?
Or will they go to holy wars within the Pakatan?

Fairplay and justice, please.

Kojak, the fool Crap

The chap is really, really, confused.

Syed Hamid: Government won’t ask cops to drop case

The Government will not ask the police to drop its investigations into the Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim sodomy case just because a medical report said the complainant had not been sodomised, said Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar.

Of course, not.

Then he put on his apron, and started to cook up some tales:

Denying that the Government was framing Anwar on allegations of sodomy, Syed Hamid said: “It would be very irrational for the Government to create a case of this nature, at this time, against such a person.”

Hey, in case you forget you have very irrational decision makers in the corridor of power – remember the fuel price increase? Hari ini, “tak naik”, besok “naik sikit”, then boom – naik semua.

And more of his stupidity:

He said the police were taking a long time to complete investigations as they had to be “meticulous and look at every aspect.”

“You should not blame the police for being very cautious and careful because this involves such a famous personality, especially since he (Anwar) is treated differently from ordinary mortals,” he added.

And I thought only yesterday he had this to say:

“To me, if you take off the face and the name, it’s another criminal investigation.”

So, tell me, is this “just another criminal investigation” or is this investigation into someone “who is not an ordinary mortal”?

Furthermore, “police were taking a long time to complete investigations as they had to be meticulous and look at every aspect.”?

He thinks we are stupid. Just how many witnesses were there (if there was indeed a case to be made out)? What else are the police looking into? They have interviewed both the actors. They have visited the venue.

Maybe they want some sample from Dr. Wan Azizan too?

Face it man – the police are taking a long time simply because they have reached a dead end. Tak ada evidence langsung, save for the accusation.

Only some sandiwara to kill off Anwar’s reputation. Hmmm…that explains the police’s threat of showing the CCTV on the interview with Anwar…

And he always end with something that makes him the joke of the town:

Syed Hamid said it was unethical for the medical report to be leaked, as this was a breach of trust between the doctor and patient, and urged the medical fraternity to look into this.

Aiyo – did it cross his mind that a sympathiser from the PDRM may have leaked this?

And the whammo – his statement unwittingly gave credibility to the medical report. In case you did not notice, he did not refute its authencity. He simply ranted about the unethical nature of the leak.

Well done, Kojak

Enough is enough Crap

A light in the tunnel indeed.

People are learning to become human again, and not mere party members, toeing the party line.

7 branches of MCA in PJ Utara can’t take it anymore…

The relevant parts (to me):

We had also taken the liberty to check on the comments contained in the medical report dated 28 June 2008 conducted on Mohd Saiful Bukhari Bin Azlan by Dr Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid, the Medical Officer at Hospital Pusrawi Sdn Bhd. Three doctors we have checked with have stated that the comments meant that the results for the alleged sodomy is ‘negative’. They also confirmed that a Doctor can never change a medical report.

Of course this is dependent on whether the report is real…

We call on the Police, the Attorney-General, the MCA top leadership and the UMNO top leadership to immediately reveal in full all the evidence against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and stop withholding vital evidence and decide to charge, or not to charge, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. The Deputy IGP Tan Sri Ismail Omar should also refrain from making statements that the internet reports on the said medical report were aimed at confusing the people when, in the same breath, he declines to comment on the medical report. Such statements by the Deputy IGP only serve to further the perception that the police is pulling out all stops to withhold evidence crucial to the innocence of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, a fellow citizen of our country, while at the same time fabricates, or attempts to fabricate, evidence against a fellow citizen of our country.

Yeah! Whether you like Anwar or not, he is still a Malaysian citizen.

This “bogus charge” fiasco is also causing untold damage and hurt to our economy, our integrity as a nation. Daily, we are being compared to countries like Zimbabwe and other countries where despotic rulers reign.

Goodbye Uncle Sam. Hello, Zimbabwe.

The statement is also an indictment against Che Dead for his previous recommendation on the power-that-be in Zimbabwe…

Bwahahaha

Well, at least we know the power-that-be is very aware of what the world at large thinks of the circus in town.

Kojak Crap

I just love this guy. He keeps putting his foot in his mouth – over and over again.

Syed Hamid wants sodomy probe done quickly

The authorities should wrap up their investigations into an allegation of sodomy against opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim as soon as possible, Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar said yesterday.

Hooray.

But he declined to comment on a blogger’s posting alleging that a private doctor found no evidence of Anwar’s aide being sodomised.

“You cannot have a trial before a trial and a trial in the media and the Internet. I think that is not a very healthy position.”

Huh?

Firstly, Anwar has yet to be charged. So what is this Kojak saying? What the public wants to know is whether the leaked medical report is true. If it is, there is not going to be any trial, that’s for sure.

And here’s the bomber:

Syed Hamid strongly dismissed talk of a government conspiracy and said the country’s security situation was under control and foreign investors should not be worried.

“I don’t buy this conspiracy theory,” he said at his office in the nation’s administrative capital. “This is just simply a question of justice and fairness.”

“To me, if you take off the face and the name, it’s another criminal investigation.”

There is much doubt about the case and our Kojak is talking about justice and fairness…

And the “take off the face and the name” thingy? With the DPM being involved, how can this be just “another criminal investigation”?

Idiot

Every Which Way But Lose

I’ve always been the kind of man
Who doesn’t believe in strings
Long term obligations are just unnecessary things

(Eddie Rabbitt in “Every Which Way But Loose”)

This must be the theme song of PAS.

Screw its commitment to Pakatan Rakyat. In fact, screw the rakyat.

And the rakyat – whichever party it turns to – loses.

Nik Aziz calls for Malay unity against secularism

Revered Muslim scholar and spiritual leader of the opposition Pas, Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, has dropped a bombshell by urging a merger of his party and the ruling Umno to defend “the Malay race and Islam” from the political challenge of secular ideologies.

So much for the support drummed up by some non-Malay hopeful for PAS.

MCA and MIC must be bursting with glee. The news would surely drive the deserting hordes of non-Malays back to their folds.

PAS, being a so-called spiritual party has just screwed you while your back was turned.

Lies, deceptions – is this how PAS demonstrate its race and religion superiority?

“My statement was made not in my personal capacity but as Pas information chief based on the party’s directive that I must do what I have done. I’m not blaming the Pas leadership for asking me to do that but it is the fault of a few individuals who failed to give the correct information to the leadership,” Mahfuz said in his open letter.

Sounds to me like an excuse after the discovery. What do you think?

And, what is wrong with secularism?

Does PAS view secularism as the road to depravity?

The same way the west views Islam as the road to militancy, terrorism and extremism?
