Catch no ball Crap

I just can’t get it.

Why is it that every newly minted PM in Msia must come up with a catch-phrase that makes me want to puke?

“Cekap, Amanah, Bersih” – then he raped the institutions of the nation
“Work with me, not for me” – and he promptly went back to sleep.

And now: “I want to be the people’s PM

Reading his statement in the backdrop of the baggage he is carrying, you wonder whether he is senile or something.

hantu hantu crap

This is the take of one hantulautan who seems to be currently lost in a darat somewhere:

Nizar Should Go Back To The Assembly

This is one example of bodoh from bolehland.

Where in the Perak Constitution does it say that:

“Nizar should go back to the assembly to show that he has the majority support of the members to continue as menteri besar and that Pakatan has control of the house. Then there would be no need for him to ask for dissolution.

A dissolution is not necessary unless there is a stalemate in the assembly

With this kind of shallow reasoning, no wonder Malaysia is in trouble.

Hantu has not been diligent in the reading of the issues.

Dissolution of Assembly according to the Perak Constitution, Article XVI, Article (6)

If the Mentri Besar ceases to command the confidence of the majority of the members of the Legislative Assembly, then unless at his request His Royal Highness dissolves the Legislative Assembly, he shall tender the resignation of the Executive Council

The dissolution is in order because the kataks made the PR the minority in the assembly, and not because of any “stalemate”.

Pssst – oi Umnotites! – let me help you get rid of Nizar and his gang:

The same article says it all: If his Majesty rejects the dissolution, Nizar and his gang will have to resign.

Simple. Then the Sultan can appoint another who commands the majority.

What’s the difference between your suggestion and the current political situation, you asked?

Again – simple: the Sultan overstepped his powers and ordered Nizar to step down.

Constitution tak ada artikel macam ini, hantu-hantu.

A rocky place

Rocky Bru has this to say about the judgment in:

Nizar is Perak Menteri Besar!!!

“You guys said the Courts in this country can’t be trusted.
Our judges are biased and bought.
You are right?

Right.

You will of course quietly notice the absence of any analysis of the judgment. Just a sweeping statement against the perception that the judiciary is compromised.

On behalf of his political masters, of course.

What really bothers me is this article: The rise and fall of the Bloggers Union

Extract:

“”During the BERSIH march in November 2007, many Umno people participated in it. In fact, some bigwigs in Umno even sponsored our very expensive T-shirts and caps (those with embroidered gold trimmings like the Chief of the Navy, etc., uses). Prior to the march, we held many meetings with Umno people to ensure that the mobilisation was a success and that we got the crowd we were targeting for.

I admit the BERSIH march was a huge success because it was a ‘joint-venture’ with the anti-Abdullah Umno faction.

We of course had no problems working with Tun Dr Mahathir as long as we shared a common objective. In that first dialogue we organised at Kelab Century Paradise, almost every PAS leader except for the President and Secretary-General came. Many DAP and some of the PKR leaders came as well”

Frightening isn’t it? Talk about sleeping with the devils. To think that what transpired before and after GE12 were actually serving the purposes of the few devils we despise.

And if the above does not send chill down your spine, perhaps this will:

“”So yes, what Rocky said was true. He did not lie. But he is not senior enough in the hierarchy to be told what the game plan was

The cat is out of the bag.

Layers of conspiracies. Game plans. Wonder what other hidden agenda lurks in these minds…

I trust RPK as much as I trust Najib, Anwar and Che Dead.

Crap.

Judge Not

The judge who upheld the Perak Constitution

Read here:

What they are saying about him:
“…is known to be a “fair judge” who does not care much for the political affiliations of the parties involved.”

n_08aziz
Justice Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahim

I know the what the detractors are saying:

a. The current case can be distinguished from the Sarawak predecent.

In a word – crap. Read my lips: What does the Constitution say?

Worse, this so-called lawyer was prepared to accept new conventions on a vote of no-confidence. Just so that the political status-quo can be maintained.

b. Follow the precedent set in Sabah

That is, “a lack of confidence against a Mentri Besar need not have to be found on the floor of the assembly”

Sure the precedent says that. But mental gymnasts who came out this this verbal diarrhea missed the point completely:Was there A VOTE at all?
Again, what does the Constitution say exactly?

The only way out – dissolve the assembly.

Everything else is …..crap!

Did they really say that?

From the man who lives by his principles:

Malay Mail

I ended my association with the Malay Mail yesterday. Disquiet will no longer feature as a column”

Amen, bro.

It’s all about race, stupid!

And you know what the icing on the cake is? Raja Nazrin graced the whole fiasco. He gave legitimacy to the entire circus in Ipoh today. His presence gave legality to what should have been illegal. Raja Nazrin’s decision to play along with Umno has hurt the Monarchy badly. It will take a long time for the Monarchy to recover from what happened in Perak today. In fact, it may never recover.

Raja Nazrin has just launched the debate on whether it is time that Malaysia abolishes the Monarchy and turns this country into a Republic. Yes, the Republic of Malaysia. I like the sound of that. I think I shall go along with that”

Oh wow.

Home Minister praises cops for keeping the peace

Thankful that things did not get out of hand, he said the role of the ministry was to ensure that no one created an unsafe environment for the people”

I think he meant “unsafe environment for the BN goons in the state assembly…”

The people, he said, should not resort to doing things that threatened the country’s stability”

Read my lips: no one, and I mean no one, should be doing things that threatened UMNO/BN’s stability.

And this takes the cake:
“On the ruckus inside the state assembly, he called it a mockery of the democratic process”

Hoi Camry Zambry, did you hear that!?

Sigh, now I can understand why the education system went down the toilet under his tenure…

And for the curtain:

Sarawak also BN’s ‘fixed deposit’: Johari

Sabah and Sarawak are BN’s fixed deposits?? Wow.
But it is true, isn’t it?
Literally.
Being bled dry…
Everyday.

Great week, isn’t it. Beats the boring time under Dollah.
Better than Che Dead’s showstoppers.
Waitaminit – come to think of it, at least there were some achievements under Che Dead. With the new boss, you get all the dirt without the pay.
