lah-lah-lah-lagi crap

He should just shuddup and maintain his elegant silence after his retirement.

Sleepy Lah says: Government should consider abolishing ISA

He had more than 4 years to do it but he did not. My advice to him: go fly kite.

Further he had the gall to say:

The government should consider abolishing the Internal Security Act (ISA) which carries a negative perception, and replacing it with a new law which allows for preventive detention while protecting the fundamental rights of the people.

Former Prime Minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said the ISA had given too much power and perhaps too wide a scope to the authorities to determine the threats to security.

What fundamental rights of the people?

And what did you do about such power when you ‘ravamped’ the ACA to MACC?
Did you know what you ‘baby’ MACC has been doing for the last 100 days?

Ballistic Crap!

Yesterday, I was depressed after reading certain news.
You can read my rant here.

Today, I went ballistic, just reading about the blatant abuse of power and police brutality.

In my earlier post, I talked about the arrogant, imbecilic MALAYSIAN ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION.

Today I found out that their so-called investigation has caused a death of an innocent man – Teo Beng Hock (member of the opposition party)

Raja Petra has a spin on it here.

But knowing the way things work in Malaysia, RPK’s spin may not be far from the truth.

I am mad. The MACC role to date has been to harrass the opposition. Period.

In the same post, I also talked about the nine christians who were arrested for allegedly trying to convert Muslims.

I read in Malaysia Today (Religious row flares in Malaysia) where it states that:

Police in Malaysia have said they will release nine Christians mistakenly accused of trying to convert Muslim university students to Christianity.

F^%k the police. In another country, you would be sued for wrongful arrest!

No investigation was carried before the arrest. Shoot first, talk later.

Time to change the law to make the police liable for their action. And I am talking about serious liability. And why not? The police exist to protect the rakyat. Not the rakyat exist to serve the purpose of the police.

And what has BN got to say about all these? What has UMNO has to say about these?

Not a word. Elegant silence. The state institutions have gone to seed – worse than when Sleepy Lah was onboard. Today it is “like PM, like police”.

I am crapped out!

When I read the news and blogs, I get really depressed.
The outright injustice, the lies, the political marriages of convenience, the hypocrisy, are clearly evident in Malaysia.

Read these articles and form your own opinion of the country we call Malaysia and the people running it.

MANEK URAI

By now you would know that PAS won by a mere 65 votes. This is good. Wake up call for PAS.

Yet at the same time, one wonders if the result is due to the old vote-buying habit of UMNO, and corrupt SPR officials:

From zorro-unmasked

8:54pm
SHEIH called to inform that three SPR officials form Johore we trying to bring in 2 bags. The were stopped by the PAS people

From malaysiakini

‘Vote buying’: RM300 ‘transport allowance’

From wandering troubadour

The amount of money that changed hands with voters was simply unbelievably high that almost every household can have a one month holiday to savour their fortune. Only the Almighty knows the extent of their guilt and no mortal soul can claim that what they did was immoral as nobody knows who votes for whom, at least for most of us that is.

What more can I say?

And all the while you have these religious people going berserk if you so much as make fun of their wafer thin religiosity.

MUSLIM JOURNALISTS SPYING IN A CHURCH?

Speaking of religion, I read Lucia Lai’s article on muslim men spying on churches a few days ago. I did not want to comment on it as I thought it is a one-off incident by really idiotic journalists.

However, when I read in Malaysia Today and other online portals that Malaysia arrests 9 Christians on conversion claim, I was disgusted.

Here a group of christians were arrested on a mere allegation. According to the lawyer representing these nine:

They claimed they were visiting friends, but a Muslim student apparently filed a police complaint accusing them of trying to convert Muslims.

Note that they were arrested on the mere strength of a filed complaint. Shouldn’t they investigate first before the arrest? In case of the journalists spying in the church, no arrest was carried out despite the ample proof.

I crap shit when I read this kind of injustice. This and other such injustice by the wayward Muslims (as opposed to those who really walk the talk) does not but prejudice your perceptions of Islam.

MALAYSIAN ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION

MACC – what a joke. More like “Malaysian Acknowledged Corrupt Coppers”.

MACC did not jump to investigate Port Klang, Khir’s palatial palace – to name but a few.

In the case of DAP (Selangor), MACC raids offices of two DAP lawmakers

Mighty efficient, aren’t they? Especially when it involves the opposition.
Of course, one does not rule out that these DAP fellas may be guilty. But no less guilty than those cases involving BN. And those BN cases involves humongous amount of money.

I taste bitter bile reading this. What about you?

ANWAR IBRAHIM’S TRIAL

This takes the lot:

Malaysia: Politics Drive Upcoming Anwar Trial

Human Rights Watch said the current charge appears politically motivated and lacks credibility.

The government has failed to disclose key evidence to the defense, hastily sought to pass a DNA statute that aids the prosecution, and put Anwar at a disadvantage by unnecessarily moving the trial to the high court. In addition, the government allowed the attorney general, who is under investigation for misconduct in Anwar’s previous trial, to be involved in the current case.

A man is innocent until proven guilty. Until then, he must be availed all assistance he deems necessary for his defence.

In the case of Anwar, justice is not only seen as “not done” but is manifestly “not done”

AG idiotic crap

Talk about efficiency!

Police probe Selangor exco member’s alleged underworld links

Calling it a “high profile case”, police yesterday began investigations into allegations that a Selangor state executive councillor had been using his office for meetings with members of the underworld

The news hit the stand no more than 2 days ago.

Today the toady AG says

Following the allegation, Gani called for an immediate nvestigation as the allegations were serious.

Now, there has been no report filed, save the allegations in the press. Yet our idiotic AG is already on the way to an investigation!

There is no need to wonder if the AG is politically motivated.

This is enough proof that the idiot is – the way he is jumping and humping to get his ass on the issues while the many reports made against BN’s powerful warlords are conveniently ignored.

min mai min mai tang tu.

The Malaysiainsider reported that Azmin continues attacking Selangor government

The PKR whip said he was merely voicing out the conscience of the majority by pointing out the shortcomings of the state government during debates at the legislative assembly last week.

On first glance, I wanted to applaud En. Azmin for demonstrating that democracy is alive and kicking in PR.

Then I read that that a member of Khalid’s team was connected with “underground business activities” and was ‘not fit for office’

Waitaminit!

Shouldn’t this be reported to the Police?
Shouldn’t this be trashed out by the PR Supreme Council instead of airing it in the Dewan?

So it would appear that Azmin’s game is simply for personal political mileage.

Either that or he is another idiot.

What do you expect from an ex-UMNO man.

Another crap in PKR.

Update:

Read The Star Online on latest update about this crap

Azmin’s motive is now clear:

The appointment of several councillors to the Ampang Municipal Council and the Shah Alam City Council had irked many local leaders as they were not consulted over the selection.

Earlier in the day, a group of PKR Youth members had gone to meet Azmin at the State Assembly building and handed him a memorandum detailing their grouses over the selection of local councillors.

Same thing. Its all about positions…and contracts.
